“Praying Through Infertility:
A litany and devotional for women”

Volume One: The Stormy Waves of Grief

Coming soon!

Jen uses St. Matthew’s retelling of “The Walking on the Water” in Scripture to set the scene for her first devotional for women experiencing infertility. The constant ups and downs of infertility often mimic the rough waters of a stormy sea for many women and the experiences that women often go through parallel Peter’s as he resides in the boat being tossed about by turbulent winds. The prayers and reflections in this devotional mean to uncover and name out loud all of the big, and sometimes tumultuous, emotions and feelings women experience when we first begin to think about “infertility.” Jen’s hope with this devotional is to validate each and every emotion, struggle and temptation that, undoubtedly, arises at some point in our family building journeys.
